Ate here a few times while working on the road. Just some good home style buffet good. Nothing fancy, fair priced, friendly service. On Christmas the owners invite in people that aren't able to afford a Christmas meal so they can eat for FREE. You won't see that at chain restaraunts.

Stopped in for lunch on our way home from Jellystone RV campground. They were closing but they took an order for me. Waitress suggested the catfish oh my gosh it was wonderful. My husband's hamburger was just as good. I recommend this place.

This place is nice . It's spacious, clean. Friendly people. Food very good I had buffet, husband had biscuits and gravy. Can't say any bad about this one.

We pass through town once or twice a year from IA. Love to eat here! Great food, friendly service, great prices. Been stopping at Cardinal Inn since 2006

Terrific place to eat! Breakfast served all day, in addition to a multitude of entrees to choose from. Great home cooking at a reasonable price. It's worth the drive to check it out.
